need a public vent ip like arni's but it's down or smth

pub vents suck. there is always one kid that finds rickrolling still funny. anyhow, here are couple of ips.

secret.pure-voice.net:3199 (vt 3.0)

there wont be many coz basicly it is unlegal to run 2.1 (nor 2.3) after 3.0 had been released.
