w3 host bot?

Oki so i've seen some host bots and stuff and my question is, how to make that fag? i cant host games so it would be nice to still be able host a game.. btw playing on eurobattle.net...
any infos? kthx
btw uncle google is stupid in this thing :[

you have to unlock your w3 port in router settings, you can find tutorial on eurobattle.net site

y i know, i tried it but i failed.. any way that thing is that you are not host but some bot is.. and i dunno where to get that thing :P
