I usually dont use torrents but today the time has come.
Leechers are the ones downloading it too while distributing the packets they got.
Seeders are the ones to only distribute while owning the whole file already (to better ratio e.g.).
that is what i found out :)
my tracker found a whole bunch of leechers and seeders (both more than 1000 in the swarm) and is connected to 9 of 60 (1*** in swarm) seeders.
question is: why does it only try to connect to 60 out of so many?
question is: if he is attempting to connect to (only) 60 and does only reach 9 "wtf am I doing wrong"?

you can probably change it in the options
although, 9 seems a little small... are you sure you have ports forwarded properly? encryption enabled?
but if i set the upload limit @ like 25kb/sec my download also gets slower:<
