ET + Athlon X2 4800+ Problem

Hi all. i bought a new cpu (athlon x2 4800+) and now my et isn´t playable anymore.
it behaves like it´s lagging, but its not really lagging. i checked my fps, and every 2-3 seconds, i have a huge fps-lag ( from ~100 to 20 and back again to 100 in about 1/10 second). i reinstalled ET, checked all system-preferences, and now i dont know, what to do next. ( i hope you understand my problem-description at least a little bit ;-) )
perhaps some1 knows this problem and can help me. thanks!

et at procceses >set affinity> and v the both of ur cpu
if not
lower the graphics seriosly to lowest, play normal and then after u reboot it will be fixed and u can get normal graphic again
had the same
Had 4400+x2 for ages, worked fine but I did get some weird FPS problems with 2 cores running for ET.
