need song name ..

hoi,

there's this song they always play in my favorite alternative disco... it's basically a rock song, parts of it are raggae-like though (offbeat), but the chorus got some overdriven rythm guitar...
the chorus starts with something like "hey man, .............." i guess and he always repeats this sentence. it's not really a melody, rather the same note on every word except the last word(s). the song is quite recognizable because that chorus sounds a little "out of tune" and, as mentioned, it's just one sentence repeated very often.
it's a quite known song I think btw...

maybe someone can figure it out :D
