I can give you one tip tho on how to apply a fix:
apply in safemode in this order:
Mouse hz to default reboot
standard windows .reg file, reboot
mousefix.reg, reboot
accelfix.exe, reboot
Mousehz to 250/500 and boot back in windows then see how it feels
Also try changing the texture quality settings, after my experience with my new HD4850 that does make a difference, also when I close ati tray tools the sens changes a little. So try experimenting with that. If you find anything then pm me.... oh and if it's that bug where you reboot and the sens is suddenly twice as fast then try deleting the hid compliant mouse drivers then plug into different usb, it should recognize a new device, if not go into device manager and uninstall the hid human interface device and then try again.
run
regedit
go to hkey_current_user / control panel / mouse
file -> export -> save somewhere
look the exported file up, open with notepad
copy/paste results here
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse]
"ActiveWindowTracking"=dword:00000000
"DoubleClickHeight"="4"
"DoubleClickSpeed"="500"
"DoubleClickWidth"="4"
"MouseSensitivity"="10"
"MouseSpeed"="0"
"MouseThreshold1"="0"
"SmoothMouseXCurve"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,15,6e,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,40,\
01,00,00,00,00,00,29,dc,03,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,28,00,00,00,00,00
"SmoothMouseYCurve"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,b8,5e,01,00,00,00,00,00,cd,4c,\
05,00,00,00,00,00,cd,4c,18,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,38,02,00,00,00,00
"MouseThreshold2"="0"
"SnapToDefaultButton"="0"
"SwapMouseButtons"="0"
"MouseTrails"="0"
your smoothxmousecurve and smoothymousecurve are wrong, that's why you're getting the acceleration
try editing it to
"SmoothMouseXCurve"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,a0,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,40,\
01,00,00,00,00,00,00,80,02,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,05,00,00,00,00,00
"SmoothMouseYCurve"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,66,a6,02,00,00,00,00,00,cd,4c,\
05,00,00,00,00,00,a0,99,0a,00,00,00,00,00,38,33,15,00,00,00,00,00
in the notepad file, save, and try to execute the .reg file, after that go for a reboot. if it's all right it should work
rat's values = defualt win values = win accel
if i'm not mistaken here.
also, for some reason mousefix doesnt work sometimes (at least on cpc2 it didnt work for me and i had to do it manually like that). but maybe it's just in my case :(

With r_mode >= 6, u could try with 900dpi.
Mouse Hz: with DA I prefer 1000 over 500 "mouse feeling (maybe placebo :P )". (Try it urself)
4 Windoze:
enhance pointer precision -> OFF
mouse speed -> 6 notch
4 ET config:
seta cl_mouseaccel "0"
...
seta in_mouse "-1"
...
seta m_filter "0"
...
in_restart

With firmware 1.25 or 1.27:
Once that you have setting your mouse dpi & Hz, uninstall razer drivers. (The best option to do this is using other computer, better avoid razer drivers :P ).
