As a summary from the author himself:

The second film, Zeitgeist: Addendum, attempts to locate the root causes

well who will perform maintenance on machines? and if machines will do that who will perform maintenance on them? who will create all those machines? who will create all the devices that will collect energy?

and there are the usual problems:
-some humans live to make profit thus they will resist the idea
-theres 7 billion of us, someone will be unhappy and that will multiply and so on, they will have to be stopped

and some other stuff

but not everyone could do that, it takes special education for repairing complex machines and it would be hard to explain to that person that he/she needs to work for the sake of humanity but everyone else doesn't have to work
