maybe most of u already know this but if u put &fmt=18 behind a link @ youtube the movie quality will increase :D

Worse?

It should be 44 kHz 128 kbps stereo with the high quality option (fmt=18). 22 kHz 64 kbps mono ABR normally.

only works on some movies, and its youtube afterall... dont expect HD quality from flash player.
