pb prob - kicks after 1min

when im joining a server the pb kicks me after 1min +- and show me this msg :

some guy @ #crossfire said that i should allow punkbusterb @ firewall but the prob is that i can't run the firewall . if i go to -> control panel -> windows firewall
it says :
windows firewall cannot run because another program or service is running that might use the network address translation component (ipnat.sys)

help :( btw im using xp64

why allow punkbusterb at firewall when firewall isnt running?
update pb and go to services.msc and look if punkbuster is enabled there

Start -> Run -> type msconfig -> Services -> Make sure you have the boxes checked PnkBstrB and PnkBstrA
