program to see what..

system hardware you have. Do you guys know something?

I have a problem with my computer. I reinstalled Windows recently, but now my computer has problems with speed (internet is doing weird) and i have no sound. I'm a computernoob and i don't have a clue which drivers i have to download. (I already did windows update etc)

Is there a program which tells you what your computer consists of? -- i'll prefer that over opening my computer :D

If someone comes up with the solution i'll post pics of hot chicks in return, baibai xx
