How to boost the sounds?

Hi.
I bought a mainboard some months ago and I put everything back on it so I put back my soundcard too, but I needed to take out my soundcard(noname) from my motherboard some days ago (needed for my dad).
But I was like np I've got a integrated one on the main board what I didn't use so far. Installed the drivers and stuff, but every sound became very quite.
I maxed out everything what I could but still I can't hear shit(in the windows and games too).
So my question is the next: Are there any programs with which I could boost the sounds ?
