i mean normally u cant send mms or record videos.. but if u crack it (no varanty wont be lost and u can´t dmg anything) u can install millions of things to have more features
how about useing your super cool blackberry as mouse+keyboard for the pc/mac ? oh and i´m sure u can also dim the light or even put it on/off in your house

hmm not rly since i dont need it yet (getting my driving license in 2-3 months) but i heard that there is already a leaked tomtom software (which has been at appstore many times already but apple deleted it). and i also read today that there will be some gps software if you jailbkrea (so 3rd party apps) and also a gps-plugin (smth u can plugin on the down side of the iphone)
1st u need to jailbreak it (google quickpwn for 2.1)
then u got to cydia (smth like appstore but everything for free) and search for winterboard (maybe u need to update your source list). Then u search for a theme called grupped and install it. in winterboard just click on grupped theme and its done :)
