its for lvl 4 exp afaik, so you can have a pf as primary weapon and mp40 as secondary

As level 4 heavy weapons, you woul normally have both the panzerfaust and the SMG in your primary weapon slot, but with b_panzerhack 1, you'll have your SMG in the secondary weapon slot, as in the pistol slot.

with b_panzerhack 1 you spawn on weaponslot 2 if you've got lvl 4 soldier, afaik

useful in pubs

I think its something do with smg in weaponslot 2
