if you kill process fskg32.exe ET wont crash anymore, but on other hand if it is stopped, your anti virus software may not be able to effectively guard your machine.

I think its fucked up because f-secures new updates arent compatible with some of the windows security updates, but thats just a hunch..

i have comodo and if i play ET it's ok,but if i go to ETTV server my computer crashes/freezes in 10minutes or so? :D never had this kind of error and seems that me and you ain't the only ones here meight.

i thought it was first on my cfg because when i deleted it it somehow "worked"? but after day or two it started all again? :( something wrong in memory?

First I made absolutely SURE I had no other nvidia crap in my registry.
-uninstall driver in add/remove programs
then ran Driver sweeper
-rebooted into safe mode
-reran driver sweeper
-removed my memory card reader
-removed the game pad (usb)

I'm starting to think that one of these progs had a hook into the driver on some level..

uninstalled f-secure, installed AVG and it works fine. plus i gained some fps.

dunno, I uninstalled that piece of shit a year ago when it kept freezing my pc, it's really shit

ZoneAlarm + AVG + a-Squared = happy
