need cfg for CoD4 & TF2

I need some good quality / good for playing config for Call of Duty 4 and Team Fortress 2.

Some usefull websites or any other adviceses would be nice also!

my isnt good looking but its good for playing, its the one of some ocrana player.
also tried the dignitas cfgs but they suck imo
