w00t tha fack? My ET shuts down when I enter a server :s

EDiT for more info: One day like 2 weeks ago I normally played ET...everything was fine and I powned as usually...After I rebooted my PC I couldnt play ET anymore...I can start the game...connect to a server but then when my pc execs the cfg ET shuts down :<

not overclocked anything at all :<

EDiT #2: doesnt work with other cfg's either

try to re-install and even...format :(

Just closes ET and returns to the destkop...no errors nothing at all

maybe you have wrong cvars add to your config?
thats why your config must be @ read only !

I had the same shit, I had to use different config to connect to a server, once in it I could exec my gamecfg and it worked fine

it is for about a week, several people had the problem and uninstalled f-secure and problem was solved try it

sins Tuesday I believe. that is when I first heard of it. F-secure issued some sort of update that interferes with PB causing ET too crash.
