mp3 mix program

need a program to create some mp3 mixes of my favourite tunes.
should be simple and easy to handle.
just need some equalizer functions, maybe some fx aswell, but not needed neccessarily.

i never used such programs before, im used to vinyl. therefor it should be a easy one.

to use the program he need, he must use a mouse
mouse can be used with mouse pad
