I need to know what do the blue & green lines on lagometer show and wtf is that additional dark green part :?

Darker green is when you lag and the server is trying to find where you are. Goes away if you stand still.

Darker blue is when you lag and your computer is trying to where the server is. Goes away if you disconnect.

Btw, I'm probably going to start learning russian in the next time, is it hard? Atm I speak german, swissgerman, english, french and spanish

well russian is one of the most difficult languages ;) very hard to pronounce, 33 letters and extremely hard grammar, nouns change, there are 3 genders and so on, so it will be very different from any you have studied :) hf
