one problem..
so, black screen and some sounds (menu?)....:S

be patient, it can take upto 5 min to open at startup

No having a black screen and only hearing sounds is a common problem caused by having outdated drivers.

check their forums.

update directx to newest version
update videocard drivers to newest version
update sound drivers to newest version

I advise you to check their board again for fixes.

I keep reading the problem lies with outdated VGA drivers.
