i got a geforce6800 or smth! feels like playing mohaa when i played the betawaw, im getting shot all the time cuz im warping and missing half of the game, with all the lowest settings, when theres a vase (flowerjar) behind some wall, i allways think its something i got to shoot! not really progressive!

what low-budget videocard can handle this game? ill sell my fortis-shares!

edit: ive heard some ppl say, that it wasnt as heavy as cod4(which sounded pretty ridiculous to me, but they could be right! since i dont see many new stuff) but i can run cod4 pretty smooth, but cod5 is legostyle)

first comes beta,then comes fixes,after that comes the game and possibly new patches (also fixes). you don't need to inform us it's laggy etc it's BETA. maybe you should stick to ET because it seems that....

What fixes lol, u think they change graphics? or maybe they change physics or movement? ofc they not! Only they can do with all this patches - remove bugs, and release promod or smth like this, for removing perks and other stuff, like guns damage and so on.
CoD5 gameplay will be exactly like in this Beta, its total shit, accept it. Treyarch Failed.
Its total concole game, and it will die like CoD UO died after 1-2 month

yea they change the whole outfit what they have development for years. tbh i don't care to read all this your message because it's not worth it so i say just bugs.

yes,you have nice attitude dude and great experience of games. in every other COD genre,let's talk about COD4 only fixes what they made with these 7 patches (1,7 was the last if i remember it right) was they removed and added perks! :D and by this they made the game from "laggy" to "none laggy" just by removing the perks,nice.. tell me something else,you'er smart.

i dunno cod4 is smoother than cod5 for me, but i want to use my cod4 cfg but i dont know where the cfg files are stored :P

Put it in the main folder and then write \exec config_mp.cfg everytime to start the game.

cool, it works but it doesn't, when i vid_restart i see a black screen and no menu buttons and stuff, i still hear the "clicks" from the buttons tho :P

cfg located - C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Application Data\Activison\CoDWaWbeta\players
its hidden folder :x
ISEN, there is a cfg from some guy from treyarch in FAIL5 CoD5, just type
/exec dko5.cfg @ console
7600gt - 8600gt its + 40-60 fps, dunno how much u will get with 6800

COD5 enviroment is more detailed then COD4s, i think thats the reason why u lagg.

So start from finding a 512MB card as memory size is important also.
Id go for HD4850 as it is the best bang for buck currently, but its pointless if u have P4 or A64 CPU as then u need to upgrade ur CPU aswell.

I got lucky with the card as well it's not hot at all, idle/load 38/ 70max 8D
