TS & Ventrilo Server list

Hey fellow Crossfirers,
tomorrow i'll get my new PC. Trying to sort out everything i need atm, to get everything back working on new PC.
But there is one thing i couldn't figure out:
The servers listed in my Teamspeak and Ventrilo, where are they stored? Couldn't find any LOG or TXT or something they could have been saved in.
Now i wonder where i can find these lists to transfer them to new PC.
Can anyone help me? Would be fuckin awesome...

Here are mine, in the .ini file.
