with a team selector you can kill ppl with nades like this:

join allies
aim at your teammate
time nade
throw
join axis fast
and you will get the kill.
=DDDDDDD

if u miss only your acc will be shown. like on your pic.

Only thing is, i have been playing axis for all the time =)

throw nade killout, kill or hit someone from other team before you respawn, you get the kill /hit and wont count as a grenade thrown in your stats.
