The World Cyber Games 2008 was put on hold, due the German police being tipped about under-aged gaming at World Cyber Games.
World Cyber Games was put on hold for a limited amount of time. Apparently someone told the German police that there was a 14 year old gamer participating in a tournament, where you have to be 16 to play.
All tournaments were put on hold, until the German police had been through the gaming areas, checking player-passports. No guilty players have been found (so far) and the World Cyber Games is now running again.

i came to the conclusion that by putting 'that pic' in between of doesn't and make any sense it sounds like you are suggesting that this pic makes any sense which makes no sense.
Although on second view it becomes more obvious that you are likely to mean the pic is not making sense. In that case i would rather say 'or does that pic not make any sense'... not sure if that made sense

edit: a serious business picture would have been plenty but I don't think it exists hehe
