sniper recoil

ive seen some people with practically no recoil when sniping what settings u gota use to get this? some one said m pitch 0.04 and sens 3 but that didnt work or is it a script or is it a hax? :o

maxfps 71, m_pitch high enough and sens high enough, and you left out the most important part:

just move ur mouse down when shooting \; i can do it perfect and I don't use any script
