Peter Eastgate, aged 22, has won the Main Event (World Series of Poker) in Las Vegas as the youngest champion in the world. He was playing against Ivan Demidov in the grand final, where Demidov goes all-in on the river, when he had hitten two pairs, and Peter could not fold the straight! It is truly unbelieveable that a Dane wins the world championship in poker, and the proud Dane walked away with 53 millions of Danish Kroner (which equals approximately $9,152,416).
This is the greatest, which has ever happened in Danish "sport".
