overclocking needed?

HD: 250GB SERIAL ATA II
Graphics: 1024MB GEFORCE 8600GT PCI EXPRESS
Memory: 2GB CORSAIR DDR2 667MHz


Is there any way i could overclock my PC?

or is there any need to?

Get the basics and start testing around, be careful with voltages, they can damage components. Frequency won´t damage it in general, maybe your system locks or becomes unstable...
Thanks, im going to have to look through a bit, not to confident with testing all this computer overclocking stuff, plus i will have to buy a new cooler for my system if i overlock.

I agree with Cupper tbh. You dont need to do it and if it's going to cost you money and you're unsure of things then it may not be worth it.

Rivatuner will O/C the gpu for you and test the stability of the clock increases if you want to try some simple tweaking :)
