I had exact the same problem but i fixed it!!!

... switch to XP

playin with vista several months, but its the first time this error shows up :<

Ya i know i played on vista for half a year and i got these errors too recently, i just went to xp and let it boil some time, a fix will come but i'm not gonna wait for it
