Probably chelsea even though it pains me to say it. Over the past couple of years they won trophies by being incredibly difficult to beat. Now with Scolari at the helm they can actually play some pretty attractive football. . They only made two major signings this summer, Deco and Bosingwa. Deco looks very classy lying in a deeper role and can really control a game there. Bosingwa, well, Bosingwa is just world class, probably the best right back on the planet at this moment in time.
