Thumbs up PB

So I keep on getting kicked by PB due to PnkBstrB.exe heartbeats stopping. Already updated pb & its not about my firewall. This doesn't occur on every server I join but on most servers I get kicked after couple minutes.
Any advice? Thanks in advance.
