always when i see topics about lans etc people talk about mouse driver or something? like accelfix en mouserate? what is the function of these programs and is it usefull?

Driver : To change DPI rate. X-Y-Axis.

Accelfix : To fix Windows Mouseaccel. (Turn it off).

Mouserate : Is the rate which change the HZ to : 125,500 & 1000 from your USB Port.
