An important question about Chicken

I have chicken, many salad and sandwich ingredients but i want something that is neither a salad or a sandwich for dinner. What would you recommend? That features some of the above ingredients

spice up the chicken with some gyros herbs or something. bake it with some fresh-cut onions and a bit of paprika.
buy some turkish bread and add the spicy chicken with the salade
add some garlic and sambal and VOILA! enjoy

Slice up the chicken, fry it in BBQ sauce (any will do) and buy some uncle bens rice and microwave it. 5 minute job
