Max Payne [2008]

Well, just watched R5 version of the movie and I pretty much liked it, 8/10.

Although it has some minuses, but the shooting(especially the slow-mo shotgun part omg),snow,ownage + the feelings were just like playing Max Payne for the first time :].

imdb: 5.8/10 :(

shooter was nice indeed, but i heard some bad things about "the happening" from a good friend of mine. still have to watch the movie myself though.^^

idd give it a 7 i think they reflected the atmosphere in witch the game was pretty good in the film. Although i will admit it had a slow start but from what i remember of the games one of them had that aswell.

As for the amount of action well its only the first one and if there are more to be made i expect the action to increase as well just like the game had. And as for wahlberg i think he did a good job he certainly didn't fuck up

ye the voice from max payne was too nice for this kind of atmosphere, should have picked a darker voice instead of the normal mark wahlberg synchronization.

i am disappointed, tbh i expected more action at the beginning, the first half was just too boring... overall the movie was ok i guess, i'd give it a 6/10 because i just expected more.

should be about 3.5 / 10 in my opinion. Too less action, expected to see a 'Bond like' movie, but unfortunately I didn't enjoy it. I loved both Max Payne games, I even completed them on the highest difficult level once more some days before I saw the Movie. It was a really fail after all... :<
