ehr i GOT THIS! pB heartbeart solution

i tried another way..

i deinstalled pnkbstr services with pbsvc.exe, deleted every file having pnkbstr in it .. that means, i've searched for any file beginning with pnkbstr.

to do so, choose your system partition and search for pnkbstr*.*
do the same on your gaming partition.
delete every file starting with pnkbstr and which is related to ET.
that means, dont delete files in cod4 or any other game.

then i've deleted every even balance / punkbuster / pnkbstr entry related to ET from the registry.
(dont remove other entrys if you have games like cod4 and so on)

rebooted.

then deleted the pb folder.

then started pbsetup.exe as administrator (on winxp, rightclick on pbsetup.exe, choose run as.., choose your username as administrator account), updated pb.

then i've started pbsvc.exe as administrator (again, as yourself as admin) and installed the services again.

then i went onto a server, used a minimiser and set the priority of pnkbstrB.exe to high and kept on playing.

(open taskmanager and go to the processes tab, there right click onto pnkbstrB.exe and
choose set priority, there set it to HIGH!!)

this worked for a full hour now. i just disconnected myself to report this and gonna try later again.

so this method is still NOT confirmed yet!
