.mmstyles files

I just downloaded a .mmstyles file and double clicked it, but nothing happens besides the "Eigenschaften von Anzeige" (features of display?) window pops up.

Does anyone recognize that problem and knows how I could solve it?
Would appreciate it.

- Download Uxtheme multipatcher ( http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS-Enhancements/UXTheme-MultiPatcher.shtml )
- After that place the .mmstyles in the x:/WINDOWS/Resourses/Themes Folder
- Rightclick on desktop -> properties -> Appearance tab and there you can change the theme

have you already patched uxtheme.dll?

had the same problem. ever after downloading the uxtheme multipatcher and patching the .dll file it didn't recognise the .msstyles file
