Yes it does, not everyone has a great connection, people cant help where they live :)
60-100 seems fair, not forced 100, just my opinion for what its worth.

so you like it to turn someone else his problem into the problem of someone else? It is their problem they cant get 100 maxpackets. Why ppl who can get 100 maxpackets should have a disadvantage??

Its the fps lag caused by punkbuster that makes ppl warp afaik. Atleast for me since i get 20-40fps

TO EVERYONE WHO THINKS PB IS FUCKING THIS GAME - NO IT ISNT!

idd, pb is making some nasty warps and fps drops, however after release of new cb config, many people became unhitable... forcing cl_maxpackets to 100, and doing the same with maxfps was stupid
