need some internets help

yo help a poor dude out. Is there any way to improve these numbers?



I get disconnects REALLY often. Isp says (technicians came twice to my house and checked everything ) "blabla our lines to your house are perfect, dunno what your problem is". Changed 4 routers, ranging from 15 to 60 euro ones, changed 2 router/netmod/phone cables, 3 netmods, 3 splitters, problem remains. Problem exists always during busy hours. Anyway to make a long story short, its the isps fault + i live in an overpopulated region with only 1 dslam provider ( +i live 5 kms from the dslam), + almost everyone i know from my town got the same problem, but in the meantime is there any way to get less noise without decreasing internet speed?
