Virtual Servers

Hi, can anyone recommend some really cheap virtual server hosts, i will be running a windows OS (because it will be running microsoft exchange), doesn't need to be powerful or have much bandwidth / disk space, just a basic budget virtual server, can be hosted anywhere in europe, germany uk or nl preferred.

Suggestions?

Try webhostingtalk, the best place for anything related to hosting providers afaik. http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=a13920d6341e5760e1506fe8e6c07e3f&f=103 . Search there or just ask there, you prolly get more answers there ;)
