need help pls..

so i maged to get a virus on my PC (yeah skilled i know) dunno how i get it...
it slows down my pc a bit and slow down web browsing. The problem is i cant detect it with my current antivir coz i cant update it. I cant connect to any sites with antivirs (like nod32.com or avast or ad aware sites) they are blocked. i can download some antivirs from college DC+ but they are not updated so they will not find the vir.
Any suggestions how may i solve this (format c will be done ofc if there will be no other option)
