Theres already something similar called 'WolfenFlickr3D' where you enter your flickr-username and it imports your images... http://www.nihilogic.dk/labs/wolfenflickr/

Doom 3 engine kinda has something like that built in. There was a mod for ET:QW which has an arcade machine which you can play Quake on :)
