6,60 € Germany callcenter agent, inbound
is that per hour?
Parent
ye not per week tho :p
Parent
respect for that job :D
This holiday I did about 3 weeks outbound and earned €6.38 NET/hour :< + daily transport fee
It was so rediculous, the main workers there were so fucking lazy :d chatting all the time, drinking coffe and eating biscuits :d after 2 days I also went lazy :D
surfing all day long, taking random breaks, ... But they still found me a nice caller because of my deep sexy voice :DDD
Parent
Belgacom Help Center?
Parent
nop, random callcenter Sebeco @ Gentbrugge :p
Parent
outbound sucks like hell although it´s better paid most of the time then inbound, rly no idea why. Ok, u sell things on the phone and have to be good, I know the pressure of selling, but at the callcenter I work, I also got the pressure of minimum calls per hour I have to do. All in all its still fine for me, and I have fun, else I wouldnt do it with my awesome wages :D
Parent
germany doesnt got minimum wages? in belgium the minimum wage is about 8,40 € / hour ...
Parent
nope, in Germany the government still thinks minimum wages are bad for economy... (although every other country proved they´re wrong)
Parent
i'm a student, working some part time jobes when i don't have any obligations.

some country really overpay ppl for doing nothing complicated, and they still open journals like "oh please what computer parts to buy :("
I guess they just cant do anything alone and ask for help everytime while there is easy answer if you are not that dump. Just google "test cpu" and you have the answers.

It's Norway, do you know how fucking expensive it is to live in Norway?
Parent
No idea to be honest, i just heard Sweden and Norway have higher tax than avarage..
Parent
It's cheap to live in Sweden or Finland if you compare it to Norway, everything is expensive and salaries therefore bigger than normal.
Parent
And what if they buy something from internet, wont be expensive I guess. I believe food are expensive there, but cars and bigger things they can get cheap if they want. Oh and travel to everywhere on the world and enjoy their money..

movie business isnt going well?
Parent
Movie business in Finland is child's play, but that's like 1 percent of our company's income. :)

But in general, art-related jobs are underpaid pretty much everywhere. That is, unless you're one of the top players in the world, and can dictate your own paycheck. I'm making a living and then some, but still not getting the paycheck I deserve.
Parent
I heard pretty much the same. In a company where i worked on some projects paid me as much as i could be making waiting tables or working in a bar. Even the stable employees get paid like 1500-2000 eur, which is a joke considering.
Parent
Yup. Well, I'm making a bit more: only Ron tops me in this thread, but considering everyone else is underaged or a student, it's not that impressive. ;)
Parent
