Grand Theft Auto IV PC problems

Because the new GTA IV PC has a lot of problems ,from dire performance issues to numerous error codes to a lack of SLI support,Rockstar published a guide for removing them.

no problems here,apart from strange looking shadows on cars made by trees,

game automaticly started on HIGH settings , even If I put on low it won't give me any fps boost. i've messed with shadows and that's the only fps influent setting in my case.

25-35 fps r_mode 8 high no shadows :D And I can't change it

dunno if it's a good idea to buy quad core only for this game,cause it might suck in older games like COD4

On my 3Ghz processor and 8800GT with 2Gb rams ihvgot in GTA IV benchmark about 30-33 fps
They should release some patch or sth
