It doesn't matter if it's turned of or not

My anti-virus was blocking them and as soon as I removed that I could play again

But that was before all this trouble , I guess my anti-virus is just faster than others when it comes to virus definitions ;D

Im using AVG & windows firewall is installed but not enabled...

Idk , make your anti-virus skip the files manually , that's what I did

today i changed r_picmaps from 3 to 2 and no more kicks anymore :D
