Installed ubuntu. Love it way mooooooooore than windows, yet i have some minor issues. Help from linux-geeks is much appreciated.
- Can't seem to type the "@" sign.
- Whenever I watch a movie with subs i have no problems... untill I go into fullscreen mode the subs suddenly become extremely big. I'm using VLC btw. http://img443.imageshack.us/my.php?image=schermafdrukws2.png
- When I watch movies fullscreen I seem to be able to actually "see the pixels", the view is kinda "pixely" :D
- Can't seem to get Virtualbox installed properly. I follow all the instructions but I get this error " kernel not activated blablabla"
- How do I activate the -cube-mode-, the 3D thingie? Already installed compiz...

"setxkbmap de" or w/e ur using
#2
d/l vlc, got no issues with that
#
cd /usr/bin && rm *
aww, fuck off!
maybe best moment to say: don't execute commands given to you by random persons on the internetz.
cd Variouslifes/nerds/ubernerds/darthmob
rm darthmob.life
echo PWNED >>darthmob.txt
trust me!
- use vlc for movies (available through synaptic)
- I think it needs special kernel files as it compiles parts for itself. simply google for the error! works for the most problems with ubuntu.
cube: GTFO, every retard installs ubuntu and then runs around spamming :"HOW DO I GET THE CUBE?!?!?!?!"
Use mplayer
