FarCry 2 ;DDD

Hoi mates!

yesterday i downloaded FarCry 2, installed it ran it, but then


i got a black screen :X i heard all the sounds n' shit but hade a black screen, that sucks :(

Comp Specs:


Processor: P4 3,0 GHz
RAM: 1 GB
GFX: ATI RADEON X700 25MB

im not aiming for highest graphics or something i just wanna play it... :>

Hope some can help me with what to do for fixing this prob ;D

If he wants to run FC2 decent, he will need a PCI/E vidcard, this forces him to buy new motherboard, cpu and memory

Sell your old rig and get a new one (+those 400 bucks), upgrading this one for gaming would be really a waste of money.

i have 2x 2.2 ghz
2 gb ram

gefore 8600 gt and i could play it on normal grafics.....

25mb ram on graphics card is too less

you need at least 50mb ram to play it

the game looks nice and it is nice for an our or so but then it gets rly borring rly fast

Thought the same in the beginning, but it gets better in the second half.
The ways u have to cover and drive around are too long that´s true.

yeah and constantly coming under fire at the checkpoints can get quit annoying so at a certain point i just raced past them :P also it started to feel like it was GTA in africa... not to good of a concept xDD

I always tried to run a few over and just mowed the rest down with the jeep mg
or used the sniper, usually we're like 5-6 guys max anyways :D
