It's a LAN. If he was foolish enough to leave it to the last minute by not finding his passport (and in turn letting down his teammates) then that's his problem. Again, it's a LAN, I'm sure they'll be able to find a standin who will be able to play.

Why should I honour 'client confidentiality' with some idiot who has just fucked over his teammates? If you saw the rest of the log you'd probably doubt whether he did in fact lose his passport afterall too. I seriously question whether he did lose it. Sounds like blatant LAN-dodging to me.

"If a post is libelous, hateful, or obscene (not necessarily profane), the post will be deleted, and the poster notified. Further offenses may result in banning.

And saying something like "Besides, it's just 3 lines of a log, get over it." really dosen't give any sense at all. Try that in court ;)

Crossfire isn't a court. And your misinterpretation of what is and isn't allowed here isn't going to change much either. I don't deem it to be overzealous to ridicule someone for intentionally screwing-over his teammates. I have plenty of time for people with legitimate complaints and site/LAN-related issues, but intentionally sabotaging your team isn't one of them, and as such whoever is guilty of that shouldn't get the same time and respect as those who have genuine problems. If you find my post harsh that's entirely your opinion, but it doesn't make me any more or less eligible to post my own opinion.
