kicked @ cyber

accused of cheating by "synerlogic acid" or smth (other acid then our belgian friend I guess) and 10 minutes later I got kicked without warning/vote or smth... Is such a ban permanent? can't join U|K public as well, who must I talk to to get unbanned?

Yes I like playing public from time to time, + don't have time for a clan schedule...Help! :)
