got it too. download pbsvc.exe from evenbalance and run it everytime u start computer.

get the latest version of pbsetup from http://evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php (should be v3.4)

run it, add game, check for updates.. done.

get pbsetup, use it
if you have any running firewall(s), then have them enable pnkbstra
lastly right click(ET) -> run as adimistrator
