It could be, that they used to hack in the past. In my opinion you are improving and learning the game more faster if you are using a wallhack for example.
Well never practically tried it but I seriously doubt that with wallhack you would improve faster. In any sport becoming better in a quicker way requires additional difficulties, like athletic jumpers train with additional weights so when they stop using them they jump a lot higher. Playing with wallhack would be the opposite of this imo - you can always see the enemy's moves so you blinden your anticipation and therefore make your gamesense handicapped.
Alot of cs pro's confessed to have used wallhack in their earlier carrier to improve faster. :-P

Thats the point mate ;) if u used hax in the past ull improve much faster and get a much better gamesense, just cuz u know how and where ppl walk. Many ppl walk the same routes, you know when to time nade then and start preshoot when they spawned or stuff like that

I guess you learn it easier ye. More gamesens (where the enemy is hiding and stuff). With humanized aim you need to aim yourself, so it isn't when you are not using it that your aim will suck.
Tough question. As undetectable adjusted cheats give u the boost from med to med+ or med+ to high. Furthermore, not personalised hardware balance the general skill level and it's easy to 'manipulate your stats' by a different gameplay etc.
For example, Senti could have gotten the 'lanproof badge' easily, although he was a nC customer for a quite long time.
Otherwise, I couldn't see any major skill drop. I don't want to allege you anything as there is no evidence, which would make this reasonable, but AoW isn't lanproven for me.
To put it in a nutshell, the 'everywhere cheaters' hype is in the same way overhyped like the "lan proof" thingie.
Team PolagZ & Most from AoW, that's about it imho.(and dialer ofc, best gamesense in epsilon and the backbone of the team as I saw it)

I mean, they weren't spectacular at all online, just a decent team with some good players. They played really well at the LAN, so well done do them, that's it imo.
