Im writing a paper about arabian/islamic mathematics.
So i was thinking does anyone know a good website where i can read more about it?
Its mainly about a guy called Omar Khayyam (c. 1048-1131), he was a mathematician. Khayyams greatest work in mathematics was his enumeration of the various types of cubic equations and his solutions of each type.
I just need a place where i can read more about it and his work f.ex. some of the math proofs he made
.
I will be giving a BNC out to the one who helps me the most.
Help me out lads.
