Oh man, if i see those screens from Master of Orion, Wing Commander, Civilization, Sim City 2000, Dune II, Duke Nukem 3D etc etc... so much memories from back in the days :D <3

Got it on my 6th birthday i think (1997), finished it somewhere in that year. Have finished it a lot of times after :P Also have the Four Swords for GBA I think, it's on there as well. Some things are different though.

Thanks, I'll check it out.

When I bought a Gamecube ago, I got this Zelda collector's item thingy including Ocarina Of Time, Majora's Mask and Link of The Past. Too bad my sister took the Gamecube to her place to play Mario Party all the time :(

Absolutely, it totally raped my sleeping patterns when it was released. I loved the "freespace" sequels even more, in my eyes the best space-shooters ever made :)
Descent 1 was in fact the first game with real 3d-polygon models, even before Quake 1 (what the most people think).
